What to Bring to Your First Appointment

- A list of current medications, including dosages and supplements.
- Your dental and medical history, including any conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, or allergies that may affect treatment.
- Previous dental records or X-rays, if available. Your former office can often send these electronically.
- Insurance or membership information, if applicable.
